  same here , got the mail "Sorry, but based on the information you provided, we couldn't verify your identity. " the ID i used for registering my developer account is navjot.usit@gmail.com

  Hi Navjot! Thanks for the update. Please try again to register on predix.io. This time please enter a little bit more information (linkedin prof, phone number, etc) and be sure to follow the tips on the competition website.
