Dataseed error: Exception when running deployReferenceAppCreateDataseed

Error: Exception when running deployReferenceAppCreateDataseed. After repairing the problem, use "--continueFrom deployReferenceAppCreateDataseed" switch to resume the install

Hi, i've noticed this error and queries about it on both github and predix forum, was it ever resolved if so may i please have the answser? Thanks in advance
